Waldorf Leadership Program Graduates Its First Cohort

**Karen Atkinson, Program Coordinator

In early April of 2021, the Center for Anthroposophy launched a new program in Waldorf Leadership Development. The course was designed to guide, support, and inspire school administrators and leaders from both independent and public Waldorf schools.

This 14-month, low-residency program met twice monthly during the school year, virtually, in addition to a week-long summer intensive plus two long weekends in person. A second cohort was set to start up in May of 2022.

Current participants include school administrators, pedagogical leaders, college chairs, section chairs, board members, and public Waldorf principals from across North America.
